Real Estate is in her blood. Brittany comes from a family of Real Estate Professionals. Both her Mother & Grandmother are/were in the industry as successful Real Estate Agents. Her passion for the industry started at a very early age doing “guess the price” with her mother. Brittany has been in the industry since 2012, where she started her career with a Top 25 NHBA Builder selling new construction homes in WV & VA. She quickly moved up the ladder and was promoted to Area Sales Manager and then Broker, just a few years later. Brittany is dedicated to providing top notch service and believes that educating clients and setting the right expectations are two of the most valuable services a Real Estate Professional can provide. Her passion and desire to be the best sets the stage throughout the entire transaction. You will not find anyone more dedicated and willing to go above and beyond for you. Brittany is licensed in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Desmond is a lifelong resident of the Eastern Panhandle of WV.  His professional background was geared towards home maintenance as a licensed HVAC technician, where he has serviced hundreds of homes in The Panhandle.  His desire for the Real Estate world grew through his wife, who he has seen passionately grow her business over the years. His kindness, respectful demeanor and willingness to listen connects him with people almost immediately. Desmond has never met a stranger and enjoys helping others.  Through Dream Driven Properties, he is prepared to provide you with the best experience in marketing your home or navigating you through your next home purchase.

Servicing Virginia & West Virginia, Cynthia has been providing excellent customer service in Real Estate since 2007. She started her career in the market downturn and excelled at specializing and servicing REO’s and Short Sale transactions,  which still plays a part in her business today. Cynthia has redominantly worked with sellers over the years but also thoroughly enjoys helping clients find the perfect home and ensures that she is always looking out for their best interest. She is very dedicated to her work and is alway looking to build her business through referrals and new clients to buy or sell. She has been a Top Producer with the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors for over a decade and was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Chaquia is a licensed real estate salesperson, the first in her family! She has been in the business a little more than a year. She began as our Transaction Coordinator for the Dream Driven Properties Team. To make some bigger moves, it only made sense, she got her license as a WV Salesperson. 

With a passion for serving the local area, Chaquia is ready to help you with your homebuying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Dream Driven Properties Team family, Chaquia carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into each transaction, from contract to closing.
